If you are interested in starting some therapy together, you can choose whether you would like to come and meet me face-to-face or whether you would like to have your therapy sessions online.
Often people feel like they would like to talk to someone face to face about their problems, however for some people, whether for practical or personal reasons, the option to talk to someone online might just make more sense. I believe that both types of therapy or counselling have their value and that it is important that you choose the type of support that is right for you.
